Most cleaning products pose serious concerns to our health and the environment as a whole. Many of the chemicals used in cleaning products are associated with serious health conditions such as cancer, respiratory conditions, reproductive disorders, allergies, migraines, skin and eye irritation. We absorb the chemicals we come in contact with on a daily basis through breathing them in, ingesting them and through our skin. Recent studies report that more than 200 chemicals were found in the blood stream of new born babies. That is not mentioning the chemicals that get flushed into the water supply leaving toxic residue. Don’t we deserve better than this?

Will my house be clean if I use eco products?

Many traditional ways of cleaning without toxic chemicals were (and are still now effective) in the past and they are becoming more popular again. Eco friendly cleaning products have to pass strict tests to assure of their performance in cleaning as well as adhering to health and environmental standards. With Pure Lemon the cleaning and sanitation has to come first and we aim for high standards in our cleaning service aiming to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. We choose products and methods of cleaning that won’t compromise your health or the environment.

People who use Pure Lemon cleaning service are delighted with the depth of cleanliness and the fresh natural scents. We use mostly Method products that have been tried and tested over many years and some natural sprays containing essential oils like lemon, lime, pine, teatree and orange, bringing balance and harmony to your home. We can also use your eco friendly products if you prefer and this will be reflected in a lower cleaning rate. Also using the latest micro fibre technology allows for eco deep cleaning.

Which areas do you cover?

Our mobile cleaning service operates within 15 miles of Skipton, (further for a small extra charge and minimum 3 hour clean) We cover the southern Yorkshire Dales, Airedale and Wharfedale areas.

Choose our Pure Lemon cleaning service before and/or after a house move or end of tenancy. You may be temporarily unable to clean your home and that is where we can step in. There may be a newborn that demands all of your time, you are super busy with work or you might just not enjoy cleaning like we do.

Who benefits by choosing Pure Lemon Eco Clean?

Everybody! It is particularly beneficial for people with asthma and allergies to reduce their exposure to chemicals in the home. Any one with health issues would be helping themselves with less chemicals to breathe in and absorb. Small babies and children and older people may be more vulnerable to the chemicals used in cleaning on a daily basis.

Will I have to be at home when you are cleaning?

No. Most of our clients are not at home during our cleaning. We do need your permission to enter your home and by accepting our service will give us permission to enter your home for the already scheduled appointment.

Do I need to provide any products or equipment?

We provide all cleaning products but we ask that our clients provide a vacuum cleaner. If you would prefer us to use your products this is ok and will be reflected in the hourly rate.
